What is Kettlebell Training?

The kettlebell is a cast iron weight used in sports training. An athlete performs ballistic exercises, which combine cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training.

Kettlebell training is one of the best ways to get in shape and stay in shape fast. By implementing explosive movements and aerobic endurance an athlete develops tremendous muscle strength in the lower back, legs, shoulders and glutes. This workout also improves grip strength by increasing flexibility and delivering lots of energy.
