Core1Inc Summer Training 2025 – Now Open for Registration
Most athletes waste the summer.
Core1Inc Summer Training is Open: Here’s Why It Could Change Everything for Your Athlete. They think they’re working hard—but without the right plan, the right environment, and the right coaching, they actually fall behind.
At Core1Inc, we refuse to let that happen.
This summer, we’ve rebuilt our performance programs to one purpose:
Develop complete, game-changing athletes—faster, stronger, and smarter than ever.
🏋️♂️ Our Summer 2025 Training Programs: Built Different
Middle School. High School. Youth Development. We train athletes by stage, not by age.
Whether your child is just starting out, getting serious about high school competition, or preparing for college showcases, we have a plan built for them:
Youth Classes (Ages 9–11): Focused on athletic foundations — coordination, strength, speed, body control — without overloading young bodies.
Middle School (Ages 12–14): Speed, strength, power, injury prevention, and serious movement training to create dominant multi-sport athletes.
High School (Ages 15–18): Advanced strength and power, first-step explosiveness, agility, and injury-resilient conditioning to outpace the competition.
Why Now Matters: Athletes who train smart during summer gain 6–12 months of physical advantage over their peers who just "stay busy."
🏟️ Leadership Update: Khristian Pieczynski Takes Over Sawmill
If you train at Sawmill Sports Hub, you’re under the guidance of Khristian Pieczynski—and that’s a massive advantage.
After years of driving elite athlete development at our Downers Grove location, Khristian has transitioned to head sports performance at Sawmill.
He’s not a "good trainer." He’s a difference-maker—and every athlete he touches leaves faster, stronger, and better conditioned.
At Sawmill, he’s building a performance culture around one thing: High standards. High output. High accountability.

🏅 Athlete Spotlight: Proof That It Works
Nick M. – Football After tearing his ACL, Nick didn’t just recover—he re-engineered himself. His strength numbers (clean, deadlift, bench) are higher than pre-injury. His speed is faster. And when he steps onto the football field this fall, he won’t just return—he’ll dominate.
LJ W. – Multi-Sport LJ isn’t naturally the biggest or fastest—but he’s outworking everyone. After a focused phase on sprint mechanics and foundational strength, LJ has increased his speed by over 10% and looks sharper in every change of direction drill. That’s not luck. That’s training done right.

🚀 Bottom Line: This Summer is a Fork in the Road
Most athletes will fall back into bad habits. Some will try to “figure it out” on their own. A few will train right, with the right plan, and come out unrecognizable in August.
