
High School Summer Performance Sessions
This specialized training program is designed for all sports. Geared towards optimizing athletic performance and reducing the risk of injuries. Our unique program includes instruction in linear and lateral speed techniques, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and proper energy system conditioning.
Our Summer Sessions will run from:
June 2nd - August 23rd
(will be closed July 4th/5th)

If you are unable to commit to all 12 weeks-we have you covered.

Our program can be joined at anytime.

Just purchase the 6 session pass and you can come 2-3 weeks or break it up over 5-6 weeks.

We want our program to be flexible for your busy schedule. Using our scheduling app, you will be able to reserve any day and time that works best for you. (Just remember our only rule: you can not schedule back to back days.)
-A coach will lead your athlete from start to finish in every workout. We take pride in having our coaches consistently and continually coaching your athletes on the proper way to do each drill as well as the purpose of each drill.
-Our goal is to create a fun and competitive environment were athletes feel comfortable to learn, fail and challenge themselves with new drills and skills.
