Summer Sports Performance Programs

This specialized training program is designed for all sports. Geared towards optimizing athletic performance and reducing the risk of injuries. Our program utilizes a progressive approach, starting with fundamental exercises to establish proper form and technique, and advancing to more complex movements as your athlete's proficiency improves.

In our program, your athlete will perform exercises to improve: 

*Speed

*Power

   *Strength

    *Flexibility

They'll learn how to move efficiently in multiple directions as well as jump and land properly with power.

The goal of this program is to improve overall athleticism so they can dominate at any sport they play.

 Second step is to sign our athlete waiver.

Middle School
High School

Middle School Program

For: 6th-8th grade (All Sports)

Start: June 3rd to August 8th 

Price: $400 (19 sessions)

12 spots available

Mon/Wed @ 2-3pm 

        Or 

Tues/Thurs @ 3-4pm

For: 9th-12th grade (All Sports)

Start: June 3rd to August 8th

Price: $425 (19 sessions)
